We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We run this as a family, so if something isn't right with a unit, that falls on us, and we sort it out the same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that is when we show up. If anything shifts, I phone you before you need to phone us.
